Do I have to pay immediately?
No. After your order you receive the invoice by email. You simply pay by bank transfer within the payment term stated on the invoice.
I am already a customer, can I just order?
Yes. Use the same email address as your account: your order is linked automatically and your existing password keeps working.
How do subscriptions work?
Recurring services such as hosting and maintenance are linked to your account as a subscription. You choose monthly or yearly invoicing where available.
I run an EU business outside the Netherlands, what about VAT?
With a valid VAT number the VAT is reverse-charged. The invoice then shows 0% VAT with the note "VAT reverse-charged".
